Welcome to Okanagan Wine Club, owned and operated by Okanagan Winery Marketing Experts Ltd.
By visiting our site or making a purchase, you’re agreeing to the terms below. We’ve kept this as easy to read as possible.
Okanagan Wine Club connects customers with some of the best wineries and licensed liquor merchants in Canada. We help coordinate your orders and digital wine experiences — but we don’t personally sell, pack, or ship alcohol.
All wine sales and deliveries are made directly by licensed producers or merchants in accordance with provincial liquor laws. By purchasing through our website, you confirm that you are of legal drinking age (19 +) in your province or territory.
2. Using This Website
Please use this site responsibly. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account or placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if we suspect fraud, misuse, or any unlawful activity.
3. Shipping & Delivery
All wine shipments are handled directly by the winery or merchant that fulfilled your order. Okanagan Wine Club doesn’t handle packaging or physical delivery.
Most partners ship via Canada Post, ATS Healthcare, or Loomis, though they may choose another carrier. Orders can be delivered to your home or workplace, but someone 19 years of age or older must sign for delivery.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. If an address change or redelivery is needed, any extra courier fees are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Digital Products
Digital Wine Classes are for personal use only. Please don’t share, resell, or redistribute the videos, guides, or materials. All class content remains the property of Okanagan Winery Marketing Experts Ltd.
6. Payments & Data
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or another Shopify-approved provider.
Okanagan Wine Club does not store or handle full payment information — Shopify’s systems handle encryption and compliance.
We collect only the information needed to process your order (like your name, email, and address). For details about how data is handled, please see our Privacy Policy.
